Our customizer allows you to create any design you can imagine for your personal glass.

-For etched products, there is a maximum of 3 shades representing depth level. (Black-Grey-Light Grey/White)

-Our customizer allows you to upload your own images or fonts.

-Can I make colored designs? 

Currently we cannot offer colored designs any customs submitted utilizing color will be converted into a 3 shade greyscale. We will offer colored prints in the future when we are able to acquire the equipment.

Graffiti will accept any return within 7 days of product being received. Please include a reason for your return and email brett@rnbglass.com.

If the product is still usable we will provide return shipping packaging and labels.

If the product is unusable, i.e. broken on shipping or other coincedences within 7 days. Please include pictures of the item in packaging, so that we may determine the cause and improve our packaging in the future.
